heyhudsy.com features a different free offer each day. When you book a free call on the day an offer is shown, that day's perk applies: the fix named in the offer, done at no charge, and the named AI employee included at no charge for the first 3 months. Perks are honored when you start any paid plan within 30 days of the call, one perk per business, and can't be exchanged for cash or combined with another day's perk. A perk is separate from the founding offer and never changes the one-time build fee. After 3 months the included employee pauses unless you add the department it belongs to at the then-current price; nothing is charged automatically. Existing clients on a paid plan may be offered the day's featured employee with the first month free on the same terms. The free audits and checks are always available, not only on their featured day.

Hudsy (operated by Apex Core Solutions LLC) offers an SMS program that sends appointment reminders, booking confirmations, lead follow-ups, session updates, and account notifications to customers and prospects who have opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Texts are sent only once the sending number has been approved by the phone carriers.
Enrollment is separate from these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms or using this website does not enroll you in text messaging. Enrollment happens only through a separate, optional opt-in — such as the unchecked SMS consent box on our forms — and declining texts does not affect your ability to use the site or our services in any way.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help or contact hello@heyhudsy.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Hudsy, the Hudsy marks, and site content are owned by Hudson & Gulf Group LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
The platform relies on third parties (for example, GoHighLevel, carriers, payment processors, and AI model providers, including free tiers; see our Privacy policy for what they receive and how to choose paid providers only). We are not responsible for their availability or acts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
